How does the free trial work?
Confirm your country and you get 24 hours with a fixed sample of up to 30 sites. The sample stays the same for the whole trial, and reopening a site never costs extra.
How does country access work?
Your account stays locked to its selected country. Multi-country access is a special feature that requires admin approval, including on Premium.
What do Business project assignments mean?
The company buys country coverage, and the Team Lead assigns engineers to projects inside that coverage. Engineers see only what they are assigned.
How do Team Lead seats work?
The bundle includes five accounts: the Team Lead plus four engineers. The Team Lead invites engineers by email and can replace them at any time.
Can I join a team if I already have a subscription?
You can join when your current paid access ends. Cancelling renewal does not end your current paid access immediately.
How do I cancel or renew?
Monthly plans renew until you cancel from Plan & billing. The Business Team Bundle is billed annually.
How do Corporate inquiries work?
Contact support with your account count and countries. Access is activated only after an approved quotation and payment verification.
