Terms of Use and User Agreement
These Terms of Use and User Agreement ("Agreement") are between you and iGeoview. By creating an account or continuing to use the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use iGeoview.
1. Ownership of iGeoview and its data
iGeoview, its software, design, logo, brand and all site data (site IDs, names, coordinates, countries, projects and related information) are the exclusive property of iGeoview and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, database and trade-secret laws. You receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable and revocable licence to view site information for your own authorised field work while your plan is active.
2. What you must not do
You must not: copy, download, scrape, export, screenshot in bulk, resell, publish or share site data with anyone; build a database or competing product from it; share your account, password or device; use automated tools or bots; try to bypass device, subscription, location or security controls; reverse engineer the app; or use iGeoview for any unlawful purpose.
3. Account, device and phone
Each account is for one named person, one verified mobile number and one registered phone. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Monitoring and records
For security, iGeoview records each search (which account, which site, when, how many times), device, IP address and sign-in activity. Unusual activity is flagged automatically. You consent to this monitoring and to these records being used as evidence.
5. Misuse, suspension and legal action
If we believe you materially breach this Agreement, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously misuse the service, we may flag, suspend or block your account, subject to applicable law and our refund policy. iGeoview reserves the right to take legal action, report the matter to the competent authorities, and claim damages, costs and legal fees. You agree to compensate iGeoview for any loss caused by your breach.
6. Plans and payments
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars as shown on the Plan page. Access is limited to what your plan includes. If local-currency payment becomes available, the payment provider's standard exchange rate applies. You are responsible for applicable local taxes, duties, conversion charges and similar costs as presented at checkout. Free trials are limited to one per person, phone number, email and device. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. 7. Accuracy and liability
Site information is provided "as is". Always follow safety rules on site. To the extent permitted by law, iGeoview is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Privacy
We process your name, email, phone number, device and usage data to run the service, protect it and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update this Agreement. You will be asked to accept the new version before continuing. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction.
