iGeoview is the data controller for the personal information described here. This policy explains how we handle information when you create an account or use the service.

We collect account details such as your name, email address, mobile number, optional organization and LinkedIn URL, and login credentials; security information about your registered device, sign-ins and IP address; searches and related usage activity; and site information, files and support messages you submit.
How we use information
We use this information to provide access, operate subscriptions, find and review telecom sites, prevent account sharing and misuse, investigate security incidents, improve the service and meet legal obligations.
Legal bases
We process account, subscription, search and contribution information to perform our contract with you and provide the service. We process device, IP and activity records for our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention and improving the service. We process information where needed to comply with legal obligations. Where consent is required by law, we ask for it and you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Search and security records
Searches may be recorded with the account, query, result, time, device and IP address. Unusual activity may be flagged and reviewed to protect iGeoview, its users and its data.
Sharing and protection
We do not sell personal data. We share relevant information with hosting and other service providers that operate the app, analytics and support tools, and Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for purchases, subscription management, payment processing, taxes and invoicing. We may also share information with professional advisers and authorities where legally required. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect information.
Retention and your rights
We keep records while needed for the service, security, disputes or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where applicable. Cookies and local storage
We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember necessary preferences. You can manage or remove it using your browser settings, though signing in may then stop working. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
